Potato plants collapsed

Our first time at gowing spuds (Nemo) on our sunny balcony.
They seemed to be thriving - 12 weeks now but no sign of flowers.
2 of the plants have now collapsed, due to their own weight, I suspect.
Can they be cut back or should I try and prop them up?

    As you said they have collapsed under their own weight probably from low light levels causing them to be ‘drawn’. They will still be fine, just make sure they get good airflow and remove any leaves that are dying/decaying and improve light levels if possible. Don’t cut them back. Google say they are a second early and it can take upto 16-17 weeks before harvesting so don’t give up hope.
