Just a quick query…. I sowed White Swan seeds in the Spring, and they’re looking healthy, still in smallish pots… should I plant them into the border in Autumn, or wait till next Spring? Many thanks.

Plant them out they will do much better planted into the soil, especially with all this heat, they have been perfectly hardy with me!

Agree to planting them out, but if they are still quite small I would try to put them in a 'holding' bed until Spring to make sure they don't get smothered by other, more mature plants - I've lost many small perennials in this way in the past!

Thanks, both. Will get them in sooner rather than later.
