String of pearls problem

Hi,

I have recently bought a string of pearls plant online and it has arrived half dead. I have tried requesting a replacement to no avail so does anyone have any tips on what I can do to try and help revive/perk this up?

many thanks

Repot, plenty of drainage, not too much water.  Cut the dead bits off. Has that green pot got holes in the bottom ?

Hi, The plant is in a plastic plant pot inside that ceramic pot, and I make sure any water is drained off before I put it back in, thanks, I’ll try repotting

Try to propagate it from the healthy bits that are there and you should end up with more plants. Also please name and shame the company so that we can avoid it.
