Scabby potatoes

Morning all,

My Wilja potatoes have scab, my fault for not watering enough 😔

Going to cut off the scabby bits and make a potato salad for the next few days. Hoping the nice ones will keep ok. Will potato scab continue to form/spread once harvested?

as you said lack of water, potatoes will keep ok and are perfectly edible just scrape of skin
