Weeping Larch

edited July 2021 in Plants
I'm after a weeping Larch or similar style tree to place in my front bed it will be about 1.5 meters from the house and about 1 meter from our drive are the roots on this style of tree likely to interefere with our drive?
I'm just after a bit of cover in front of our living room window and I quite like this tree as it won't block too much light.
Also is it possible to keep its height to 2m or less or is there a smaller or dwarf variety of this style of weeping tree.

A quick look online suggests the Japanese weeping larch is smaller and might fit the size you say you need. The only larches I know about are the ones in my garden which are all full size!
