I planted these potted climbing roses a week or so ago. The soil is clay, I used rose feed granules and have been watering but not every day. Can I do anything to save Rosie?

    Rosie looks perfect...strong green leaves.
A Rose produces flowers ...the flowers die...you have to remove the brown dead flowers.

Yes, you need to remove the dead or dying flowers then your rose will produce more.
Have a look at this liilte video from David Austin Roses-

Your rose looks in great health :)

You are doing nothing wrong as already said just remove the whole of the spent flower head and more will come in a few days .Keep on doing what you’re doing ,it’s fine
