Is this knotweed? Can you tell me what this is?

Hi, I noticed this on my travels and wondered if it was the dreaded knot weed?

    No, definitely not Japanese Knotweed.

    Possibly suckers from the roots of a nearby Robinia pseudoacacia aka False acacia and other names.  

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
