Tulip bulbs coming up

Hi 

Does anyone know why my tulip bulbs are coming back up to the top? Not an animal so not sure why. Thank you

    It's quite normal for any that are planted a bit shallow [especially the smaller species ones] to appear as soil settles. Or they can get disturbed by other planting nearby as it grows. 
    When planted at the correct depth, it's less likely to happen. They're better planted too deep than too shallow as it protects them more   :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
