Is it powdery mildew

This is an Apple I grew from seed and planted in a pot. It looks fine and is growing, but I see some bumps on the leaves and they're a bit silvery, and part of the vein on a leaf is white. I thought it's just some spots left because some water drops got on the leaves while I was watering the plant, but I want to make sure.
