Apple tree or cherry tree?

Hi everyone
Can anyone tell me what trees these are? I was under the impression one was an apple tree and the other was a cherry tree but I'm not sure as they both seem to have extrafloral nectaries under the leaves which I thought only happened in cherry trees.
The first 2 pictures are of one tree. And the other pictures are of the other tree.
Also do you know if there's sign of disease on any of the leaves. The leaf in picture 2 at the top left is discolored, is this leaf rust/leaf spot?
