What is this plant please?

Hi , unfortunately I’ve lost the label of this cottage plant. Does anybody know what it is please. The tall spiky leaf plant. Thank you 😊

    Ive got lots of plants and a spiked leafed one at their time of the year is usually Echinops. 😀

    Oops that’s not Echinops!   That’s Verbena Bonariensis.

    Only if you’ve got a big space, I’ve been trying to get rid of them for years,  even the pick axe can’t touch them.
