What is this plant?

Good morning. I bought this a year ago. It hasn’t grown any new leaves. I have repotted it, and feed it. Can anyone advise please.

No, this is the only leaf.

How odd! It looks as if it has no growth point.

Google tells me that you can root a single croton leaf but because there is no growth point, it will never grow into a full plant, e.g. https://laidbackgardener.blog/2019/12/27/can-you-grow-a-croton-from-a-single-leaf/ . Goodness knows why anyone would want to sell one like that though.
