Post Nemaslug Application & No-dig

So I sprayed Nemaslug the other day. But the problem is that I'm unsure when I could start using no-dig to create new flower bed after that.
The point of Nemaslug is to allow slugs get exposed to the nematode in the soil. If I cover up the sprayed soil with cardboard and compost, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of Nemaslug?
Do I need to wait for a week or so to allow the nemotode work before starting no-dig? Thank you.
