Where to cut sprouting broccoli

Hi, it’s my first time growing sprouting broccoli and I’m not sure where I should cut?

    Depends how much of the stem you like to eat.  We like it so we would cut at yellow, or even an inch below. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Below the leaves below the yellow line. If the stem is too tough you can always trim it further before cooking but when you are cutting fresh from the garden they will likely be tender.

    I also cut mine roughly at the yellow mark. :)
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Thank you all. I do like the stem so will cut just below the yellow mark 😁
