Insect issue what bug is this?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what this was? I hardly have a bush left? Any tips to get rid of them without harming the bug?

    Welcome to the forum 😊

Those are ladybird larvae eating any aphids your plants might have.

Lucky you … just as well you didn’t spray first and ask questions later  😊

There looks like some vine weevil damage there too, but the plant looks generally in very poor health, so you may need to look at the reasons for that too.
The ladybirds will at least tackle the aphids, although they won't eat anything else that's doing any damage.

  • Thank you both :)
so it isn't them eating the plant? I will see what else is on there I barely have a leaf left  :(

Not the ladybird larvae - no  :)
There looks like a fair bit of slug/snail damage there, and the notches [you can see on the top right leaf]  are vine weevil adults.
What plant is it? It's hard to tell!

  • OK good job i didn't remove them :). I'm not sure I will take a photo later and post. The bush was here when I moved in. I will see what else is on there too. Thanks so much

No problem @Kathleenmchugh55. It can help to have a photo of the whole plant for an ID and possibly any extra help with nurturing it  :)
At least you have plenty of potential ladybirds, which is a great asset  :)
