What type of lavender? ID

I seem to have 3 types of lavender growing at home. Please can you help me ID which is which? I think the left hand is Hidcote, then Munstead, then ????
Also I want to plant a line of it to go round a black garage as a small solid boxy hedge (25-30cm) to add interest. We have clay but I can add in gravel or sand. What is the best type of lavender to achieve that effect?

My personal choice would be Hidcote,it's taller than you're aiming for (l think), but quite slow growing
