What flowering plants in a pot for a grave?

Any suggestions for plants that flower well in a medium sized pot for most of the year and not look so bad in winter? It would get tended to at least once a week if not twice. Pots do get dry easily so I was thinking of salvia hot lips which doesn’t mind dryness. And maybe osteospermum? Or mini hebe mixed with fuchsia?
I would like blue flowers ideally but the main thing is flowering and easy maintenance. Thanks

As to blue flowers, Lithodora is evergreen with the most amazing colour of small blue flowers in sping/early summer and I've grown it in a pot in the past.
