Problem with raspberry plant. Any ideas?

My raspberry plant seems to have a problem but I’m not sure of the cause. Some of the stems are brown & dry, some of the leaves are turning yellow/brown & dying & some of the berries seems to mould before fully ripe. I have included pictures & would really appreciate any help!

    Are they getting enough water? The fence might be putting them in a bit of a rain shadow and the gravel and weed competition make me suspicious of the soil conditions they have to grow in.

    Agree with robaird,you must keep them weed free,they are very near a fence,(,*think root system) they do need a lot of water
      However the berries will be rot if we get a lot of rain
