Pansies, bloody pansies!

So the pansy seeds I did, lived under grow lights for a few days after germination, I was then advised to give them more natural light so put them on conservatory table. Since then they appear to of got stretched, (1 to 2 inch leaf stem then a leaf) I've now since been told that they'd be better suited outdoors the second they've germinated..... All I want is a compact, bushy pansy flower

The pic isn't mine, but they look very similar to it...

I showed a pic of mine to my friend who used to grow pansies at a nursery and he said they're 100% too stretched 🤔🙄🤔 Doing my frigging head in now! The basil mint is fine in the conservatory that isn't struggling for light..

    They'll be fine outside.
They need to get used to the sun or they'll get sunburn, so leave them out somewhere out of direct sun for 2-3 days then  they'll be ready for the great outdoors
They may well be stretching as it's too warm for them all the time and not enough strong light

Should I stick them In a coldframe outside once they've germinated? Shoud I leave the lid slightly open for air circulation through the day and closed at night if I did?

Yes that's fine once they're germinated and have got 2 sets of leaves - no need to close the lid at night - it's the middle of summer, believe it or not :)
Mine grow like weeds in the soil in my garden this time of year I'm forever pulling them out
