Wasp nest - what to do?

  • Wasps made a nest in our Viburnum plicatum one year, as large as a football and suspended on a twig.  At the end of the year I cut the twig and the nest now hangs in my greenhouse above head height as a deterrent.  Wasps see the nest and keep away as they assume it's rival territory. It's very beautiful and much nicer than the "fake" ones you can buy for the same purpose.
