Has anyone tried to ferment mooli and know what flavour/s would work with it? Not interested in kimchi recipe, have tried that and loved it, am looking for another flavour.

I have shallots which I’m also going to ferment with fennel seeds. Does fennel work well with shallots? Open to other suggestions as well 😁
