Jalapeño chilli plant help

My chilli plant is about 1 year old and I’m just about to get my second harvest of chillis. But the leaves seems to have this odd pattern on the back of them. It’s not green fly but it feels like Sandpaper. Overall the plant looks fine. Can anyone help as to what this is

It looks like Oedema (aka Edema) and means the plant is taking in more water than it can cope with.  Try reducing watering - I don't water mine until either the leaves start to wilt a little, or the top 5cm of compost is dry.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
