Can anyone identify this plant for me please?

Words defeat me to describe this plant!  Looks like an escapee from a Star Trek set!  : )
Growing now in my border in Dorset.

Euphorbia lathryris ... a great self seeder ... pops up all over the place.  Also known as the Mole Spurge (supposed to deter moles but IME it doesn't work  ;))  Be careful not to get the white sap on the skin as it can burn.

And welcome to the forum  :D

Its that time of year again isn't it. Along with the basking sharks causing mass confusion with journalists(Great white seen off Brixham!!)  the caper spurge start to pop up.
