Hi I'm looking for a plant for the front of the border that will flower a long time throughout summer.

Any ideas please.

I wouldn't put TT at the front. It gets big and sprawling
    It's one for the middle
    In London. Keen but lazy.

I have Totally Tangerine @corby008 and love it too. I’ve also divided it and now have 3 😊

Aspect, type of soil, other planting nearby - all these have an effect on the choices  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Scabiosa? Is three months long enough?
Nemesia. They seem to flower for months and months. There are some gorgeous colours - from pinks and purples to oranges, yellows and rich reds. I have only grown them in pots though, so I am not sure what their spreading habit is. Mine have survived the winter but they are very easy to take cuttings from.

Welsh poppies will go all summer long if you deadhead them. Small, window box dahlias if you don't have a slug problem. Short cat mint.
