What bug is this?

I have tons of these in my garden. They seem to attach themselves to leaves, stems and even wood. I’ve tried spraying with neem oil but it doesn’t seem to bother them. I’m finding more and more of them.

Ladybird larvae.  Good guys!!  let them be and they'll consume aphids by the thousand.

I am almost certain that they are ladybird larvae.  If I am right you are so lucky.  They are the good guys.
