Potato dough, several possible recipes (bread, pancakes, dumplings, cakes, savoury cookies...). New potatoes aren't best for that but as long as they can be mashed, it will work.
I love potato cakes. The Irish ones. But they definitely need to be savory. I've seen recipes for potato scones. That might work but again, I think they need to be old potatoes. I tasted one and they were just wrong. Some things just shouldn't be sweet
