Does anyone know what eggs these are?

Hi team,
I came across a small circle of these in our garden yesterday. I'm guessing they're eggs of some description. Not sure whether to leave them be or move or destroy them if they belong to a critter that's going to potentially eat or destroy the grass.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
