Any idea what this plant is...

Hi, this was originally labelled as a 3x3 yukka.......someone plsuing with plants.......
we moved when it got 6ft wide and now its flower deals is well over 10ft tall...we and all our neighbours are fascinated, quite a talking point as people walk foehn the lane. Thank you soooooo much in anticipation of the removal of our ignorance.

There are lots of types of yukka. There's one call Y. baccata which has bluey foliage, and bell shaped flowers, so it could be that
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
and @Silver surfer is usually able to ID the more unusual stuff ...
I've never seen a Yucca baccata that tall ...........
