Spidermites?

I’ve got a couple questions so if anyone has any advice for any of them i would be grateful!

Does this look like a spider mite problem on my strawberry plants?
Ive got 10 plants altogether, 4 of them Ive had for a couple of years and the other 6 are new this year. The older ones seem to be going really funny, some had cobwebs on them and have been eaten and others start growing but stay really small and yellowy brown. Ive attached some pictures.

Also the rose tree was flowering wonderfully at first and now seems to have depleted in blooms and gotten this strange black splotches on the leaves.

Hi - the rose is suffering from black spot. Very common, and some varieties more susceptible than others.

Leaves on plants with a spider mite infestation will have lots of minute brown spots on the surface where the mites are sucking sap from the plant underneath. The leaves may even look like they've been dusted with a brown powder.
Tiny webs are often also present if there are loads of them.

Whilst you've seen some webs, how do the leaves look?
If it is mites, have a look on the underside of some leaves with a magnifying glass.
They're quite easy to spot with a magnifying glass.
Spider mites only thrive in hot dry conditions and we've not had much of that recently here in Essex.
The photos above look like the fruits have some mould on them which is likely due to the high humidity and cool weather we've had of late. Some of my strawberries look the same, I've just removed them

As said above - your rose has black spot - like most roses do :)
