Trellis panel as free-standing screen?
I'm looking at temporary (and cheap!) screening options as it appears that every single fence installer in the whole of the U.K. is fully booked from now until global warming claims us all. As I want any screening to be as cheap as possible because of my fervent hopes that this will be temporary, one possibility I thought of were to use trellis panels as a screen. My question is whether for example a 6ft by 6ft trellis panel would stay in place if I was to attach a fencing spike to the bottom corners of it and drive them into the earth, or whether a full length spiked fence pole attached to either side would also be enough to keep the screen standing? Just asking as I am pretty much inexperienced in such matters (and a lot of other matters to boot). The trellis would also act as a frame if I wanted to attach something to it for even greater privacy (lightweight ideally).
Many thanks in advance for any feedback or other suggestions.

Just get some of the Postcrete stuff [all DIY stores sell it] and put posts in properly. It's very easy to do. You just need to dig a hole, and get a spirit level to make sure it's square, plus some suitable screws to attach the trellis. Alternatively, you can get some brackets for attaching it if you don't feel able to screw directly through it into the posts.
