Summer purple sprouting broccoli

Just picking my purple sprouting. Approx 3-4 weeks before the calabrese.

    It reminds me that I tried an experiment this year of leaving an early PSB in the ground.
    I've had a continuous supply of quite tiny florets since the main crop in (if I remember rightly) March

    Mine were planted on the 10th March 2021. Gives a nice succession of brassicas from end of June. It will be interesting to see how long the PSB continue to produce florets?
