Help with plant identification

Hello everyone,
does anyone recognise this hairy plant that is growing sparsely in my garden? 
To me it looks like a plant from the family Lamiaceae (maybe?) but I have no further guesses...

    It looks very like Stachys lanata to me.
    p.s. you are correct in identifying the family it is from.

    Bit crinkly for Stachys I think, could be Borage, they just appear on their own,  I’ve found lots over the garden this year. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    I think I agree with @Lyn. Also the leaves are a bit too round for Stachys.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    I have two plants which have arrived in a border, both have huge leaves. The one is growing taller and taller, looks like it might flower but not so far.  Any suggestions, before I get rid of them?
