Hydrangea cuttings
in Plants
Last year I took several cuttings of Hydrangea Annabelle and others, I don't know name of, they are doing very well. three have flowered. Will they now be OK to leave outside permanently or as they are still young should I take them into Greenhouse again to overwinter?
When I cut back mature plants that are getting very tall and thin.
Thank you for any advice

They shouldn't need to be in a greenhouse at all. As long as you pot them on when roots are showing through the bottom, and just keep them out of hot sun and rough weather, they'll grow on.
Did you mean when would you cut back mature plants? You can rejuvenate by cutting back hard all in one go, or by doing a third of the shrub at a time over three years. Doing the first method means waiting for the shrub to grow back, which may take a few years. You can do it at almost any time really, but best when they're dormant, avoiding periods of frosts. Spring if you're in a colder area.
Some are pruned back hard each year anyway, as they flower on new growth. Paniculatas for example
