Can this plant be saved

I was given this plant to try and revive it, but it’s not looking good, is there anything I can do?

    Looks like a dracaena on its last legs.  I suspect it's either irretrievable or will take months of TLC to show any signs of recovery, let alone thriving.

    This link may help you with its care - https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/31916/Dracaena-marginata-(v)/Details many forms available in terms of leaf colour and variegation but I think the basic care info is the same in terms of warmth, light, soil and watering.
    Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.
