Hardy Cyclamen

Neighbours cats decided to scrap in  large area where I have cyclamen, they scattered them all over the path. As they have made such a mess can I take this opportunity of digging them all up and replanting. ( thanks goodness the cats and owners moved out over the weekend).
Any tips would be welcome - thanks

    See if you can scrounge some trimmings of holly to lay in the area. If the cyclamen  are out, I would sprinkle some bonemeal in the area as a slow release fertiliser, and mulch with compost or bark.

    Yes, I think now would be a good time for both coum and hederifolium types as the leaves on mine have mostly died back (some of the latter still have a few leaves here.)

    Thanks - can I presume that it would OK to dig them all up now and refresh the site?

    That's what I'd do, but do protect the area after replanting as @fidgetbones mentions. :)
