Can anybody ID this plant please?

Picked up at one of those little country lane nurseries that you stumble upon unexpectedly. No label or info from the owner. I was initially thinking it may be a Mimosa of some sort, but the leaves don't have the feathery edges that I'd expect from a Mimosa.
Any ideas out there?

    Might be a Honey Locus. Take a look at Gleditsia Tricanthos 'Ruby Lace'.
