chilli plant not growing

Hi

I took my chilli plant outdoors 2 weeks ago and it has grown almost nothing. It has around 10-12 leaves and is 15 tall

Should i bring it back indoors?

    What's the weather been doing where you are? My chilli's are in the greenhouse but wouldn't do too well outside in the cold.

    south east england, not very cold but not too hot though
