On a recent walk we came across three separate wild plants growing in heavy cover eg rocks, tall grasses, moss and trees. We would greatly appreciate any help in identifying them. We inserted two photos of each plant.

The yellow one is in the pea family but I can't place it.(edit to say Meadow vetchling) The second one is wild thyme. The third one is Geranium sanguineum.
