Black bugs on indoor gerbera

Can anybody tell me what these bugs are and how to get rid of them? They have infested a gerbera grown indoors - recently repotted. The leaves don’t look unhealthy or nibbled on - as yet. The growth of the flowers seem to be stunted though. Any advice would be much appreciated.
