Rose buds falling off.

Hi,
I planted a climbing rose this year (Rose Flammentanz). I noticed lots of aphids on it, a little bit of what looked like black spot and the leaves kept dropping off. I sprayed it twice with Rose Clear and it seems to have deterred more pests and the leaves grew back and appear sturdy. However, now the buds are dropping if you lightly touch the plant. Can it be rescued??
