Acer palmatum cuttings

Any tips to make cuttings root ? Always seem to die one by one

    Acers are normally grown from seeds.
    Or special ones are grafted onto Acer  root stock...grown from seeds.
    Not sure that you will be able to root a cutting.

    Some bits fell off one of my japanese acers in spring and I chucked them in the soil. Will update if I have any news!
