Buddleja leaves have black tips

Hi, I purchased a buddleja buzz a few weeks ago, it’s a tri colour. When it arrived it was too small to plant out as it’s been very windy here so it’s been in my small poly greenhouse with the door open most days. Now the tips of the leaves are going black. I’d be grateful if you would advise what the problem is? Thanks

    Its not a tri colour, its three different  plants in one pot,  they probably need potting on into either one big pot or three separate ones.

    Hi, thank you so much for the prompt reply, apologies that I’m so late in responding. I’ve now re-potted them into a larger pot and will monitor closely. Thank you
