Cheese plant

Do I need to re-pot this plant? One side is growing well, but leaning to one side. The other part of it doesn't seem to be growing much at all.

    Yes, re-pot it and use a John Innes no.3 mix compost. Use a pot about 50% bigger and add a support like a moss pole. It will grow towards the light so ideally turn it regularly to even out growth.
