Enjoyed the show more than I expected, as it was a Halloween special. Rose is amazing. Thought Gregory Porter was fabulous and the fact he clearly enjoyed and appreciated the dancers made him more endearing.
I liked the crawling out of the grand piano( and back in ) but I couldnt quite figure out why it left me flat,I think I was expecting more. Their costumes merged and her wig was too long,I kept looking at it and not their feet. I looked at Adams backside in the DO to see if he had tucked it under though.

A lovely interview with Rose and Giovanni on It Takes Two last night. Her explanation of how she feels the music through Giovanni was fascinating. One thing l like about Rylan's interview technique is that he lets people answer. I always felt that Zoe rushed people and cut them off just as they were getting going, as she felt she had to get through every question on her card. Still have that Ed Sheeran track going through my head.
I didn't see the interview with them on It Takes Two, but the interview with Ed Sheeran on BBC Breakfast today was amusing. He said Rose was his favourite to win - when being interviewed by Dan :-)
Is anyone wondering how Johannes will choreograph tonights Rumba? I know you're looking forward to it @Obelixx😊 I hope Sara gets a better score tonight. Who's doing a jive?

I hope Johannes can pull something out of his choreography hat for the rumba cos I think he's just wonderful.

Edited to add: my daughter was squealing in pain at the piano 'playing' bit though. We all lost interest after that.
