What plant is this please? I have two of them that have just popped up. Theyre about 5' high! I like them, they look alien.

Hmm, I see its meant to be a 'mole repellant'. As one of my other posts in this forum can attest to - Im suffering from moles!! So unfortunately these plants are not doing their job in my garden. :(
But they are nice to look at.

Just beware of getting the latex-like white sap on your skin, it can burn badly, especially on a sunny day.  Best to wear gloves when handling it and keep hands away from eyes.
    Fabulous looking plant tho  :)

Thanks @Dovefromabove. Is it ok to put in the compost bin? (once they die back)

Depends whether you want them seeding wherever you spread the compost ... to be honest I wouldn't, much as I like them.
