Pineapple Broom
I have had this bush, in a pot, for a couple of years now. It has a few branches but some, instead of having grey/green leaves, have bright green leaves and these have never flowered, although they have seed pods on them. The grey/green leaved branch has lovely flowers. Should I cut the bright green branches away? They are growing from below the soil.
The plant was purchased from a garden centre and all the others had the same mixture of bright green and grey/green leaves.
Are these bright green branches the equivalent of rose suckers that need to be removed?
Any advise would be appreciated.
