seed buying

hello. i have been trying to buy some tomato seed variety called 'grenadier', but it is simply impossible. is it banned or something? any help appreciated. thank you beverly

    Hi Beverly and welcome to the forum
    I had a quick google and it seems they are a heritage variety used by commercial growers according to this site-

    I couldn't find any suppliers, so it may be they are no longer grown

    I've bought some really good varieties from Simpsons Seeds - I'm sure you'll find something to try.

    Two varieties I've bought from them and been really pleased with are Rose de Berne (not in stock this year, so I'll have to save seed) and Stupice - My first Stupice is almost ready to pick now and last year I harvested the last one in late October!
