    Might need to see a bit more of the shrub, but it looks like a Spiraea shrub. Possibly Spiraea Douglasii.

    Its look like a species flowering plants may be belongs to rose family. Little bit more of shrubs will look much more better

    This is the only other photo I have a present. I always wondered if it was from the Californian Lilac family but Borderline said possibly Spirea which I can see.
    Been here for years but had to cut it back quite hard a few weeks ago. Wind/frost damage? Coming back strongly now.
    Will get a couple more pictures later.
