Trees

2 cob nut trees and 1 camellia Bush which were planted in a row have died. Any clues please?

    Can we see some photos please ... and a bit more information would give us some clues.  Whereabouts (roughly) are you?  Whereabouts are they planted? What's the soil like?  What's the watering regime etc?  That sort of thing. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.





  • Yes. Will do this when the rain stops!!! 
    The trees have been planted for years. The soil is not good at all. But we have apple and pear trees and an other tree in the so called lawn, which are good. No problems last year, the trees gave fruit and the camellia was alive with flowers.
    The last 2 years we have had an infestation of lawn wasps/ants. We have not seen them so far this year.
