Can anyone Identify these laburnums & some questions

There are several also planted in the park across the road ,Are they laburnum x watereri 'vossii' ? I also have several little saplings growing in desirable places,I would like to allow them to grow. If they are a hybrid of some kind, will it be true to seed or will they mature into some other kind of laburnum?
